Transport

All our furniture is shipped using a furniture transport specialists
How to check your cabinet for damages

step 1

(when the carrier arrives)
Check for any damage to the packaging
Look for pressure marks, holes or anything suggesting the packaging has been damaged.
Please note: The carrier only delivers “to the curb side”.

step 2

Send a notice of defects along with a photo of the damage to the Store where you purchased the cabinet within 48 hours

step 3

Remove the packaging and check for concealed damage:
Look for damage that was not visible.
Any damage shall be reported to the Store within 48 hours
